Thickshakes?? maybe?

for morning sickness?? herad it once or twise..NOTHING is wokring for me so im desperate..

Any high amount of dairy will make it worse...usually.

For my morning sickness, I pretty much sucked on eclipse mints (spearmint) all day everyday. So much in fact I should have bought shares in the company to get discounts. This was the only thing that helped me overcome the gag reflex.

Anything milky will probaby make you feel worse.

Try ginger ale, or what worked for me was sniffing cut up lemon slices.

I have no idea what a thickshake is but I have to say nothing worked for my morning sickness except getting to 14-16 weeks. Then it slowly subsided and is now little more than a slightly more sensitive nose which occasionally still makes me gag a little.

I don't know if it would work or not, but be careful, don't use any soft serve ice creams because there is the risk of contracting listeria.
