  1. Pilates, or yoga. Just keep stretching and doing those bridges with your back. It stretches out your stomach and shoulders and gets your back used to that position. And don't forget to breathe while you stretch.

  2. i can almost do a back bend

try getting someone to hold you when you go down and when you almost have it do it against a wall

    hope that helps=)

    P.S. stretching may help too

  3. stretch out your back. and make sure your arms are nice and strong so they wont give out on you. stretching is the really the only way.

  4. Well for one i probably wouldn't try doing back bends on my own without any coach or someone to help you, but here's the way I learned it.(although i did learn it in a gym with gymnastics equipment and a coach)

First lie down on the floor and try going into a bridge from there, because if you can't do it from the floor chances are you wont be able to do it from standing. Thats probably the best move you can do to help it.

Then try to do it against the wall. So, back facing the wall, bring your hands to the wall and walk down the wall slowly to touch the ground. Ocne you get comfortable with that, get someone to hold your back while going down on your own.

    Hope this helps! Good luck!

  5. what i did to learn a back bend - i did a couple bridges as stretches.  then i had someone spot me to catch me if i fell.  make sure you have a good back to do this. i would slowly bend back and reach for the ground.  and dont forget to reach back for your feet.

  6. Touch your toes.

    Roll on your back.

    Stretch your back.

    Do chin stands.

I hope this helps! I had trouble doing it at the beginning but I stayed true to myself and never gave up. I'm sure you'll get it! :-)

  7. lie on your gut and arch your back the opposite way. so your like in a seal position.

  8. ooh omg

i saw this on a tony little work out video this week!

    1---Lay on ur stomach

2---Keep ur arms at ur side

3---Move ur upper body(head/shoulders/back part) up & down while ur legs(& arms) are still.

This is great for building lower back muscle!

  9. the only way u can become flexible is by streching all ur muscle every day!
