is there a way to flatten my stomach so that it does not extend past my pelvic bones?

im really thin, i have no fat on my stomach at all. i have a 4 pack, working on a 6 pack, but my stomach always looks bloated? it sticks out kind of far with no fat though? is there a way to get my stomach to not stick out and look bloated but to stay in?

help!

  1. Do ab crunches.

    And practice holding your stomach in when ever you think of it. Helps train your stomach to stay tight.

    Drink lots of water to help flush you system.


  2. try using a hula hoop for 10 minutes every day

  3. Its the muscle underneath ther is nothing you can do except loose the muscle
