I'm hella shy when you first meet me like i keep to myself and when i get nervous because I'm sitting by my self and everyone is having fun talking like i just mess with my phone or something like its really hard for me to go and just talk to some one and b e like hi I'm briana and so on does that like turn guys off because i have a step sister who really isn't pretty i mean shes pretty but I'm like a bit better looking and she always has guys talking to her but she is an out going person the only time i really talk to someone is if they come up to me and start a conversation I'm out going and fun with My friends but when I'm by my self I'm just not is this bad like would you talk to me or would you just think I'm a weird girl siting by myself

I would try to talk to you but it sounds like your isolating urself ...it's hard to start a conversation with someone who sits alone and is real quiet

No, you're not weird. I was shy too at your age. If that is you in your avatar, I wouldn't have had any problem (when I was your age) approaching you to talk to you because I didn't have any problem talking to girls who I knew were shy like me. Just be patient and when you least expect it, someone will come along and surprise you....
