Thomson Freeview box

Hi,We have a Thomson Freeview box - instructions thomson (dti550). Yesterday, I did something which means that all the channels are on weird programme numbers - e.g. BBC1 was on channel one before but now it is 823! How can I fix this? I have tried everything...Thanks
