  1. 1 leg in front 1 back , twist hip, feet

and put your body in the punch ( overcross punch)

  2. focus on hitter harder and you will start to hit harder. do exercises to work your core muscles. and most importantly go to a boxing gym and get a trainer.

  3. Use your body weight as leverage. Separate your legs (one forward, one back) and spring forward as you punch. Your body weight will add to the strength of your punch.

  4. Use your leg power by springing forward shifting your weight with the punch, use your back by leaning in and twist your body with one leg in front, and of course learn to do this as fast as possible.  A punch should be like a finger snap.  The faster, the harder.  .
