Here's the deal...
I bought a ticket thru ticketmaster.com, right? I even got suckered into getting "insurance" on the ticket (only $6, but S**t adds up). It's good for refunds, though...in case if I can't attend.
The event has been postponed, and haven't been re-scheduled yet. Ticketmaster ppl tells me in order to get a refund...I'll have to file a claim for not being able to attend the re-scheduled event. The customer service person said, "Hopefully you'll be able to go when it's re-scheduled. If not for legit reasons like work, you'll have to file a claim". Okay...I would rather them tell me, "Go to the d**n event...no exceptions"! I just think it's wrong to not give me my money back...because this day was prepared for (as far as asking for requests off, or getting my shift covered). Isn't that why we pay for things in advance? The killer thing is...it's not guarantee I'll get my FULL ($83) refund!!! Am I screwed?
