Tilted uterus and ovulation?

I had a pap smear on monday and the doctor scred me half to death when she said I have a tilted uterus. I have no idea how it got this way! I was pregnant before but I had a miscarriage maybe there was scar tissue and my uterus turned the wrong way? How can i conceive! I really would like to have children. Also, becuase of this, I do not know if it is related, but I do not have ample cervical fluid as I used to, as in when I ovulate my mucous does not come down onto the tissue and I reach up in there and I barely have any! A few years ago my mucous was obvious and copius! I am 21 now and then I was 19! I started using robitussin and that made it thin out and come down a little. Does my inverted uterus have something to do with this? How can i increase mucous more?

lots of ways to increase mucus...but i think the easiest way is to drink water.....you can also use pre seed during intercourse its a sperm safe lub and i have read of women concieving 1st try with pre seed.....also grapefruit juice...and green tea...i believe exercise works too.
