On their site they say "x" premium channels costs an "x" amount of money. So I ordered 3 premium channels (HBO,Max, Showtime) and when my bill comes they separate the costs of all the channels, making me pay an extra $20. I called the company customer service and they say the webpage "expired", so I decided to e-mail them/get live support. After sending 6 e-mails and waiting 4 months, no reply. Any idea if their webpage actually did "expire"?
