i want to get cable internet from twc i just want to know how long the shortest contract

Time Warner has no contracts... even with promotional deals.  You can get a package with a low price for 12 months, but it is still month to month, you can cancel anytime.  The promo rate is simply gauranteed for the given amount of time.

You can cancel at any time with out a fee.... That is what my husband was really worried about because we are in the process of buying and remodeling a house and don't plan on living in this little apartment. You can change  your plan or cancel at any time.
