If the time is 4pm (EST) / 1pm (PST) what time is it in Houston,TX?

This shows that all of TX is in Central Time. That's one hour behind Eastern. So, That means if it's 4pm Eastern Time it's 3pm Central Time. And there for it would be 3pm anywhere in Texas. :o)
