Tingaki, Kos, anybody been?

Hi,

Me and my girlfriend are off to Kos this October.......cant wait =)

We are stopping at Sunny Days Apartments in Tingaki, we've seen very mixed reviews about the place so im a tad worried, has anybody ever stopped there and is there much to do for couples in Tingaki?

We're quite like to do afew excursions while we're there too like pop over to Bodrum, Turkey for the day too, is it worth doing or is it totally knackering? haha

Any input would be great

Kos town is not to far from Tigaki and in Kos island there always plenty to do.

Tigaki is part of the Asfediou village and has a great sandy beach with shallow Waters and high waves that make it ideal for water sports.

Not too far is the area of Zia which located by the foot of the hill Dikeos

with great scenery of the beach and it has water fall and full of trees.

great place of hiking. It also has a great night life with genuine traditional Greek island culture and dances. There you will find the Fantasia club which I highly recommend to visit.

The time you have chosen is no the best time to go to Kos because the weather is getting colder and most tourists are going back to their countries and Kos is getting back to a quite lifestyle and locals have a time to relax. But if you are looking for a quite holidays relaxed time and to get to know the local people in their every day life, and the history of the island  this is the best time.
