Tinkerbell or Powerpuff Girl?

Question

I'm going to my friends party and can't decide what to dress as. I was originally going to be Bubbles, the Powerpuff Girl, as i'm small and blonde and the costume would be easy. But then i thought maybe of Tinkerbell, as i think it would be easy to be her as well. I also like the idea of being a flirty fairy :P, but i still don't know. Help?
