Tips (For My Future.) ?

So I am hoping someone can give me good tips here as I know you guys are capable,But here's the deal. I'm 14. And As most of you know the Massachusetts Institute of Technology or MIT is very difficult to get into, I want to! Since school is starting and I will be a Freshman In High School I would like some tips. I absolutely LOVE technology. I built my first computer at age 11, But here the deal. In middle school I was the smartest kid, Nor was I the dumbest. I was average I guess, But my teachers and parents have spoken to me one on one saying I am capable of doing a lot if i put my mind to it. Guess I didn't :/. So I am learning Calculus And Algebra And Computer Languages...you know for MIT..Got any tips? study/homework/ANYTHING?!...please help me out this a goal I would ADORE achieving.

  1. Take as many math and science courses as you can in high school, while still having a well-rounded education. Also, try to take the most challenging course of study you can, including AP and honors courses. Study hard and get good grades.

    Start preparing for the SAT now. Get a study book (or several) and start taking practice tests and familiarize yourself with the kind of material you'll find on the test. Then study it. Take your SAT early and often. Keep taking it until you get a score above the average score of admitted Freshmen.
