what are some simple excersizes you can do while watching tv?

  1. Crunches, pushups, split stretches (being flexible allows you to do a lot of things), jumping jacks, run in place, jump rope, scwats, turn on the radio and jump around (you'll burn more calories than you think). Just basically move around alot. Hope I helped! =)


  2. tightening your abs while doing nothing is a good way to work out your abdominal muscles.. do it in sets of about 10 to 15 seconds

    wall sits

    you could also try yoga or pilates

    complex sit ups or push ups during commercials

    do push ups while holding a ball (i do mine with a volleyball) it works out not only your upper arm muscles but also the muscles around you lower forearm area because the ball is constantly moving

  5. Try doing various exercises whenever your show breaks for commercials.  

    Try switching between cardio and light weight lifting.

    These are a few things you can try:

    -jumping jacks

    -crunches

    -lunges

    -bicep curls

    -squats

    -jumping rope
