Use you "off hand" as much as possible. NEVER use padded gloves. Play 3 times a week. Soak your hands in hot water prior to every match. Practice your fist shot with your "off hand."

well when i started i sucked like h**l. and my friend just started to and im helping him. but now im wayyyyyyyy better. not pro but close to it. first of all, play as many times as you can. always play people that are better then you. which in this case everyone is(who play handball).
