  1. It is so easy to workout at home, no weights or gym needed!  It is how I began so many years ago after the birth of my second child which led to going back to school and becoming a Fitness Trainer/Nutritionist.

First, Nutrition:  educate yourself via the web, try this site: http://www.mayoclinic.com/health/Healthy...

For at home workouts go here:  http://exercise.lovetoknow.com/Exercise_...

This is something anyone can do if they have the will power and desire to succeed.  Good Luck!

  2. walking in the morning for 30 mins

walking in the evening for 30 mins

    dancing 30 mins

low impact aerobics for 5 minutes every hour or every 2 hours

lift weights for 5 minutes (add more time as u progress) (5 x a day)

    ride your bike

play with your dog (if you have one) in the yard

boxing (get a boxing/punching bag or make your own. google on how to make one)

    clean your bedroom

    clean your yard

  3. A really good way to get fit is to swim. It works almost every muscle in your body and helps build endurance. I suggest jogging early in the morning when the sun isn't too hot and playing sports outside are also a great idea. I like to do work out videos because you can get a work out and not have to pay an expensive gym membership!

  4. Leave your yard! Go for long brisk walks and make sure you get some hills in there. Graduate to jogging if you can.
