Tired Eyes?

I have been working on the computer for long hours lately then after a couple of hours, I would watch some tv before going to bed. the white part of my eyes are not as white as before and they look a bit reddish on the sides. Will this eventually go away if i spend less time working on the computer and doing stuff like reading books or watching tv or is it something permanent. I use eye drops every once in a while but they seem to look the same.

  1. When you are on the computer for several hours, you can sometimes "forget" to blink, as you stare intently at the screen. This can cause your eyes to become dry and give you discomfort and blur your vision some. Take frequent breaks to blink, and keep using the refreshing drops when you can.

In regards to glasses, you won't make your eyes worse by using them or not. If you actually need them, it will improve your vision when on, and that's it.

Take time to have an eye exam. Most insurances will cover them with a small co-pay, but call first just to be sure.

ok well it means your just tired you should keep your eyes shut whenever possible and try having a rest during day try not to watch tv or read at nights for a while until they feel better.
