Tired of weather forecasts?

Question

I'm so tired of hurricane and rain forecasts. Yesterday I was watching the weather channel, while it was raining, and they gave a 30% chance of rain for my area.. and hurricanes.. now we have 'spaghetti' maps?

Here's my forecast ideas -

Rain - It MIGHT rain

or It probably WILL rain

or don't count on it today, but we have no clue

Hurricanes - No worries, yet

Better be prepared

and Get the h**l outta there!

Just a little explanation of the 30% chance of rain forecast...

Forecasters can not create forecasts for each spot you are going to be in; they have to make forecasts for large areas. Generally, when they forecast 30% chance of rain for a certain area, you can rephrase it as "30% of this area will get rain."

You must live in Florida. That's what happens in the summer down South.

Well it is still important. It serves as guides on such preparation... It is very helpful I guess and should really be taken into consideration...
