On thursday we could'nt connect to tiscali broard band and their phone line said it was due to an 'outage' in our area. We were instructed to remove a security window and to disable our firewall. Since then we have been unable to connect to the internet properly. There are now two icons, Tiscali broardband and Tiscali broardband 2. We can only connect through tiscali broardband 2. We are paying a monthly subscription. Are we being charged / are we connecting through Pay as you go through this option?
