Tissot t touch, time problem

Question

the hour hand gives inaccurate readings.
example even before it is say   11.30, the hand reads like 12.30.?
the hour hand has almost or just reached the 12 evenwhen it is still in
the 11.30s?  the digital read out is supposed to match the fingers
but it seems the hour hand is slightly out.
Even at 12.00 the hour hand as already reached the half past position, what I mean by this is the hour hand is already bewteen the 12 and 1 digits.
Any Ideas folks??
