To down load Macromedia

Hi

Could you please tell me how to download Macromedia Flash Player on to my system. I am in South Africa. I need the Macromedia Flash Player to download my photo's from my Sony Cybser shot camera. When I try to down load the photo's it tells me we need Macromedia Flash Player before I can run this application.
