Toga Party ideas???

Question

My friend is having a toga party for end of the school year. (high school) I am thinking of not wearing a toga b/c i think its retarted since we aren't in college having a toga party. But if i did wear a toga how would I make it...Im a girl. And also, what exactly is a toga party, I was under the impression it was a drinking party...my friends and I drink but the girl who is having the party, we aren't allowed to drink there...But anyways, does anyone have any idea on how I can make a cute toga??? (i already went to howtomakeatoga.com)

The toga party is from the movie "Animal House," although drinking is not a requirement.

I'd recommend wearing clothing underneath your toga, since it's just basically a sheet and some safety pins. If your craft skills are non-existent, order a costume.
