Just catch one yourself. Go to route 230 and use the pokeradar.

you don't need to trade it. go to route 230 and use a pokeradar and find a togepi.  or, you can breed also any pokemon with a ditto and togepi but ...i don't think you can breed a togepi until you evolve it. so go to route 230 and catch one or migrate it from pokemon firered and leaf green.
