Toner yield doesn't meet standard copies

Our machine is Toshiba BD5560. Our problem is the number of copies yield of toner doesn't meet the standard yield. Like for example, the 500g toner reaches 2,000 copies only unlike our other unit that the 500g toner reaches 8,000 copies. And the other problem is that the copy is always LIGHT. Is there any adjustment or calibration?
