Tongue ring?? plz help?

I got a tongue ring yesturday and I lady didnt say that anythings off limits for 2 weeks, like alcohol smoking etc.. and was wondering if there was somethings i shouldnt eat or drink??

I went 2 Taco Bell the same night I got mine 3 years ago. Before i left the tattoo shop, tho, the guy that pierced me told me that I needed to take a 20 ounce bottle and put 50% listerine and 50% bottled water in it and after I ate, smoked or drank anything besides bottled water I needed to rinse my mouth with that solution. I had to do that for 2 weeks.

you should be okey,but you may find eating hot(spicy)foods hurts the piercing,but other than  that not really.
