Question:

Toning up legs extremely quick?

i lost about 10 pounds in the last month. and i have a dance comp coming up next week. i need to tone my legs extra extra fast

any idea how

i was thinking 1 hour on the treadmill

1 hour on the exercise bike

do you think this would work

  2. yes i do u r not going 2 see results automatically but they will start to gain muscle another exercise i do to keep in shape for my dance classes is i stand at a table relaxed and stand flat footed and raise slowly up and down of the ball of your foot lifting your heals do at least 50 of these with your daily exercises

  3. Everyone's different...but what always works for me in a pinch...

    I do a couple leg lifts (reps) before bed or while getting ready in the morning.

    Just stand holding onto something and lift your legs out to the side just like the old fashioned way.

    I do 20 on one leg, then switch and do 20 on the other.

    And I do this about 3 times.  And run out the door.

    After about 3-7 days, I notice that my inner thighs are firmer and for my calves..Just slightly lean against the wall and lift up your heel slightly off the floor one foot at a time. Like feet push ups.

  4. also do lunges and squats

    there is also this shoe called FitFlops that you can get.

    they are sandals that tone your legs as you walk, so if you wear them during the day and continue to go on the tredmill, bike, and do lunges and squats, your legs should be getting toned in no time!
