Toning up with swimming ?

i'm already kinda toned but will swimming with some weight training every now and then help me tone up even more

i'd like to go wimming because i used to do it and enjoyed it and no it's good cardio also

  1. yup u should try swimming. i am 13 but basically i've been swimming my whole life. it makes you sore and sometimes its so hard you get sick of it but think of the muscles and what u r building and just keep going. i am sick of people saying swimming isnt even a sport and that it is easy cause heck no it is not. so i really  think you should do it and it will tone u up...lol

    so go and do it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!


  2. yea i swam for the first time this year for my high school team i heard you can gain alto of weight and by the end of the season i gained 12 pounds of pure muscle. but i also run to keep the legs strong lift 4 days a week and do abs every day. put everything together and you will be one toned swimmer ;)
