Too Much for a Father?

Is it too much for a father to base his life around his wife and kids? Work a job because of the money not because of he loves the work, does not go out with the boys as he wants to be home with her and the kids, wants to do the household chores because he feels he is helping?

  1. That's life and that's why they call it work, and responsibility. Family is the most important thing. We need to work to support them, but not to work so much that we don't have time for them. Every thing else is secondary to family. How many people really love there jobs?

  3. he sounds like a great person. make sure to fit in going out with the wife for alone time away from the kids and home and it would be perfect.there would be less divorces if more men did these things. but never forget to let your wife know how much she means to you. all women want to feel loved,not just taken care of.
