Too fat for dinner?

I’m so fat that I can be served for dinner as beef; people won`t tell the difference (I know this from my good old friend George. Hi George, in case you read this). OK, so I` m fat, I`m not feeling ashamed or anything, but I don`t like this either. So, help me out, will you? Do you know any good weight loss web site?

  1. Exercise. If you have a walking trail near you, go on long walks. Also, eat healthy. You'd be surprised at how much weight eating whole foods will lead you to lose...eat rice, beans, fruit, veggies, seeds, nuts, potatoes (whole ones you make yourself...french fries dont count)....leave out the butter...using olive oil is a great idea though.


  2. Change your habits. Changing your friends is also a good idea. Friends should be there when you need them and support your efforts.

  3. Let me see this guy George. We should have a few words. You need to exercise and eat healthy. A good web site is http://projectweightloss.com. It has weight loss tools, diet and fitness articles, you name it! I’m a member there and I love it. I made new friends and I’ve lost sixteen lbs by now. Cool, ha?

  4. sign up for weight watchers, or eat better, no junk food, and if you feel like eating junk food, remind urself of what can happen to you.

It's a free site where you can track calories and exercise. There is a large community where you can chat with people in forums and get advice, as well as lots of articles about health, wellness, and fitness. There are also healthy low-cal recipes.
