Too much food for 1 day?

Well i ate like 3 cupcakes and a lot of uther junk tday how should i burn it off? Maybe about 500 calories in food maybe more >( what are some exercises i can do that are good fat reducers??

    you gotta ask you self do you do this alla the time, if not, then just chill enjoy the feelin of the cupcakes in ur belly, n then focus on makin the rest of the week a good week wit ur diet.

  2. 500calories? if youre a male your meant to intake 2000 or female 1800. of sourse this varies with your age and how active your lifestyle is. To burn it off cardio cardio cardio

  3. run,dance etc

  4. running burns a lot of calories. or jogging, or just powerwalking. or go to the gym, jump rope, swim laps, trampoline, sports, run up and down the stairs. and yeah theres a lot.
