Too short???

Question

I am 14 year old male and I have probably just started puberty... i am only 4"11 my parents are short but i still look like a 11 yr old. I am getting parts like gavroche in les mis. but what i was wondering is am i too short or is this normal like will i have time to grow??? :-\ please answer no mean comment plz thx

you've still got plenty of time, I'm also 14 and i haven't seen my bf in about 3 weeks and since then he's grown at least an inch, also one of my friends was barely 5'0 by the end of last summer and now he's at least 5'4 so you probably just haven't hit that major growth spurt yet and you still have years to grow

Guys usually go through puberty later than girls...so I'm sure you'll have more time to grow!!

let me just say: my sisters best friend when she was growing up was a guy and he was tiny! like 4'6 they were always together but during highschool they kind of drifted apart so i hadnt seen him in a while. Well i was at school last year some random guy starts talking to me and he seemed so familiar. I asked him if i knew him and he said its me ****** and i was like oh my goodness! he was 6'2!! he was one of the best players on our football team and got a football scholarship. trust me youll grow :)

It all depends on the person, but I think you'll grow since you just started maturing in certain parts.

you are rather short but it sounds like you havent had your growth spurt yet. so within a year or so you'll probably shoot up

great opportunity to review how you dress yourself. Clothing and hair style can portray extra inches. Also how you walk and talk makes a taller impression. Work on your confidence and attitude AND don't try to act cool as that alone will knock you down a few notches.

Well you will probably grow a lot now that you hit puberty. Don't worry about it I am sure that once you hit a growth spurt you will be happy with your height.

you will grow. You will probably be somewhere in hieght between your mom and dad. Dont lie to yourself your not gonna be a 6'3 but you still got about 7 years of growing to do
