Tools to clean a ship draft?

some kind of sea shells attatched to the ship draft i need to remove it

I used a floor scraper from hardware store. becareful it could damage the boat.

It can be very hard to remove. As the others have said, try power washing first and then you'll have to do some scraping too.

Afterward, paint the bottom with anti-fouling paint, if you're gonna leave the boat in the water.

By the way, a ships draft, is how far the boat sits in the water. It's not part of the boat. It's the hull of the boat.

If It is a ship, i presume that it is made of steel.  For a steel hull I would recomend drydocking, sandblasting, and recoating. Highpressure water blasting, grinding with a wire wheel, or scraping are also  options. Underwater, you can use pneumatic tool, or scrapers.
