I got some cavities filled on the upper right teeth. They feel normal, save for some minor gum pain.
I have had a chipped front right tooth for years, and the Dentist said he could put some filling in it to even it out (on the bottom). It looks great, now both my front teeth are even. BUT-This tooth now feels like gum or cement in the back, not hard like all my other teeth, i told him this as i was walking out, he went to look at it again, but the blue light on again and said it was dry and that it was normal to feel a little different.
It is so uncomfortable (not painful though) when I drink something, and even when my mouth is closes, because my tongue keeps hitting it as it is thicker than the rest of my teeth due to the added material from the filling.
Is this normal? Will it eventually feel hard like my other teeth? Please help I cannot find anything about this online.
