  1. Your dentist and I would strongly recommend that you do not use any tooth whiting toothpaste or mouthwash whilst you have braces.

Strongly not recommended. Wait until your braces are off :)

  2. Its not a good idea to whiten your teeth with braces on. Schedule and appointment with your dentist shortly(Not that same day) after you get your braces off to have them whitened.

  3. It is better to get your dentist's opinion before trying out any. Lemon juice, baking soda or baking powder can also be used for teeth whitening. Rubbing the bark of walnut tree brightens the teeth. Strawberries are natural teeth whiteners, simply rub them directly on your teeth or mash into a paste and apply.More remedies and information regarding your teeth at http://useinfo-dentalcare.blogspot.com/

  4. Like others have pointed, get the braces off before you get your teeth whitened. The chemicals in teeth whitening susbstance may cause problems with your braces and teeth.

  5. Don't whiten your teeth until you get your braces off otherwise when you get them removed your teeth will be whiter on the area you didn't have braces and the little squares of the braces will be a different shade

  6. they have baking soda and hydrogen peroxide toothpaste, by arm & hammer, and it works really well. it's just toothpaste, so i don't think it would do any hardcore whitening.

i have braces and i use it.
