  1. keep your mouth shut!!

  2. Go to the dentist.

  3. umm try to cover your face while you sleep or close your mouth:)

  4. You need to see your dentist to find an answer. He/she will be able to see your teeth and determine what factors are contributing.

It may have nothing to do with your fan. It sounds more likely you  are grinding your teeth while you sleep and in the morning your teeth and jaw are sore because of it. As a quick test, when you wake up poke the muscles along the side of your face, down along the temple, cheekbone, to the lower jaw bone. If those muscles are sore, achey much like your biceps the day after a gym workout, then there's a good chance your are grinding at night. Grinding can be damaging to your teeth so it's something you want to have checked. If that is the case, the dentist will make you a night guard to wear while you sleep. It's a small appliance that you can put in and take out easily which will protect your teeth and help alleviate the morning ache.

    Good luck!
