don't have the money for Amsterdam so i'm thinking of going to toronto Canada, is it ture you can smoke up there. if yes where is the best place to go?

You can smoke marijuana without getting in trouble as long as you aren't stupid. There are cafes where you can pay twenty bucks to get in and then fifteen bucks a pop for marijuana milkshakes. If you are caught with marijuana (under 1oz) you will not face criminal charges. Cops are cool if you're cool. The police aren't out to spoil your party, but if you're smoking marijuana and acting stupid/smoking it in a stupid place expect to get busted.

If you are talking about smoking marijuana, then no, it has not been decriminalized in Canada and there are no "cafes" in Toronto as there are in Amsterdam.

If you are talking about cigarettes, smoking in Toronto is illegal indoors, including bars and restaurants unless there is a separate, ventilated room for smokers.
