My bike was towed without any warning, it was parked in a lined area at apartment complex, and yes I had parked it there last summer and was told i could park it there. my one and only question is can they have it towed without warning? I dont need any smartass answers just facts. There are no signs threatening tows nor no fire lane signs, no parking signs, nothing.

  1. If you were parked there with manager's permission,  it should not have been towed.   Take this up with the manager,   they should have notified the towing company.

  2. Are you sure the apartment owners towed it? Maybe it was stolen. Maybe you missed some payments on it. Maybe you took it in for repairs and paid for them with a rubber check. All of these could lead to towing. Call the police to find out who and why.

  3. In most states the owner has to have a sign posted that states that cars can be towed and the sign needs to be in plain sight............
