Toyota camry. Could transmission last as long as engine?

it will last long as much you want my uncle drive a camry and have over 300000 miles on it all he does is get the oil change on time and changes the air filter at about ever 20000 miles just dont give it full throtle it really gonna fried up your transmission just drive normally

Yes if you change the fluid as recommended by the manufacturer.  Loook in the owners manual

Yes. My mother in law has a 1993 Camry LE with 293,000 miles. It still has the original engine and transmission if that's any indicator. Both work fine without a hitch.
