Tracking chip on my debit card ?

Question

So last week I lost my debit card orderd a new one and i noticed there was something on my new one that wasnt on my old one so I cut out the little square which i suspected had somethin in it and long behold i found a chip of some type inside my card what can this chip possibly be my old one definately did not have it has 4 wires comin out of the chip and go into the card i have pics

im not crazy =)

Honestly man I dont think you have to be worried about being tracked down by the fbi lol More than likely its some kind of chip in it for paypass or whatever that thing is called. You know how you go to the store and you dont have to swipe your card just tap it on the lil pad they have there? Prolly the same thing. But if you swipe your card and it doesnt work, then it might of had something to do with the card and you may want to order a new one.
