Traction control in GP racing?

I know they allow traction control in the Moto GP class. Is it allowed (or even useful) in 125 & 250?

  1. You can have it in the lower class, but the kits weigh far too much to bother with.

    The 125's only ever get out off line in the wet, and the same can almost be said about the 250's.

    Most MotoGP teams still choose not to use traction control.
