Trade Crawford/Joakim Soria/Grant Balfour?

Considering an offer in a 12 team H2H keeper league. Crawford/Soria/Balfour for Liriano/Volquez/#1 waiver spot.

#1 waiver could mean David Price or trading it, along with others for Hanley Ramirez. Have OF of Soriano/Beltran/Quentin/Milledge/Butler/...

and rotation of:

Kazmir/Haren/Harden/Zambrano/Beckett/P...

(obviously some SPs are on the move sicne we have IP limits.)

Does this trade make my team better?

I'd very hesitantly say yes it's a good trade for you but do you really need the extra pitching? It seems like you'd have a really nasty pitching staff but at some point, especially with IP limits, it's just overkill.
