I believe that most of the polish words may be slang, colloquial or not polish at all! thus i cant understand them

It means (in plain English): if you don't want to just don't talk to me (contact me) - you said you wanted me, liar.

edit: the person who wrote this seems a bit upset - "nie to nie" is hard to translate but means more or less " i don't care if you contact me or not".
