Trasit visa required? - Newark - Brussels - India?

Hi,

I will be traveling from New york to India, via Brussels. My H1-B is on extension and does not yet have a valid stamping. Do I need to transit visa for Brussels?

I am not shifting flights at Brussels. The same flight from Newark to Mumbai, just stops at Brussels. If I need a transit visa, how do I go about it?

You won't need a visa, as long as you stay within the transit area of the Brussels International Airport.
