Traveling in 1912?

How long should it take someone to get from New York to London in 1912? Details or sites please. Thanks so much in advanced!

According to this site the Hamburg-American Line had the record in 1896 at a little over six days (about half-way down - use find on this page and enter London within to find the reference). Passengers got off at Southhampton and took the train to London.

The Olympic took six days from New York to Southhampton in 1911 (June 28 - July 4). (This one has many details of both east and west bound voyages)

The Lusitania & Mauritania were the fastest ships of the period. Depending on the ship and the weather conditions, it seems like it most likely would have taken 5 to 7 days.
