need help.

my bf and i is planning to meet in the caribbean. he is in the US right now so its not a problem for him. as for me im in the philippines and i need information how to get to caribbean (anguilla) . ive checked if visa is needed, and found out a website that says theres no need for a visa but will need a transit visa , heres the site: http://prinsesalakwatsera.wordpress.com/2007/11/25/tourist-visa-exemptions-for-filipinos/

  1. Transit visas mean TRANSIT... as in... JUST PASSING THROUGH... if you are going for more than a quick meeting at the airport.. then you NEED A PASSPORT.
