Its fine! Just pour it into the water and not directly on the clothes. That could cause discoloration.

Bleach alternative is safe to use on colors.

Shouldn't hurt it but if you are worried try soaking your shirt in vinegar and water to set the colors. This works with almost anything and keeps your clothes from fading too badly.
