I'm stumped.

The flag of Equatorial Guinea contains an isosceles triangle. (Recall that an isosceles triangle contains two angles with the same measure.) If the measure of the third angle of the triangle is 30 degrees more than twice the measure of either of the two other, find the measure of each angle of the triangle. The sum of the angles of a triangle is 180 degrees.

  1. x = one of the = angles

    2x+30 = 3rd angle

    x + x + 2x + 30 = 180

    4x + 30 = 180

    4x = 150

    x = 37.5

    2x + 30 = 105

    angles are 105, 37.5, 37.5
