Triumph Spitfire Restoration and Rebuild?

Question

I am interested in purchasing a Triumph Spitfire (1967-1979) but I do not know that much about the car itself, nor how much a nearly full restoration would cost (minus engine and drive train), or where to get the parts. Any and all information will be appreciated.

well that's a nice car to restore good luck to you if you have the know how and the space and tools go for it. yes you could buy one all ready restored but wheres the fun in that some say half the fun of owning a classic auto is rebuilding it your self . you can go to swap meets to find parts or there are company's on line that will send you a free catalog where you can buy parts for your car do a search on line for the make and model of your car you should find something.
