Question:

Tropical Fruit for Arthritis?

I have a co-worker who uses a natural fruit juice from Hawaii that helps her arthritis. I believe it starts with a "N" and she swears by it. Has anyone had any experience with natural products to help with inflammation and pain naturally? Thank you.

  1. I am not sure, but the previous user is probably right.

I have tried a natural supplement (all natural), because I experienced pain in my shoulders, neck, and back. It's called Flexnow joint formula. I love it because I went from being in severe pain after a long day of being at a computer, to no pain. I didn't notice it until about 2 weeks of taking it. I was so used to the pain, that I'd sometimes forget it was there. It comes from the pit of the shea fruit (you've probably heard of shea butter/cream which is all the same fruit, just different parts of the fruit.)

After coming home from work one day, I realized it was gone! Do you know how great that was!?! Well I now have my mom taking it, and recommend it to friends and families. I also take a multi-vitamin, and will soon be taking calcium & vitamin-D so that I can hopefully achieve optimum health. Do research on different ALL natural supplements, and make sure there are no hidden ingredients. Also, look out for allergies or interactions with other medications.

I hope this helps & good luck.

  2. If it's from Hawaii and it begins with a "N" your co-worker is probably using Noni juice. Yes, it has worked for me and it is fantastic. You have to be careful when you buy it. There are many companies out there selling Noni juice and most aren't pure and that is what you need for it to be effective in your body.

I recommend Tru Noni juice from Hawaii that is 100% pure and organically grown. The downside drinking pure Noni juice is the taste. But this can easily overcomed by mixing it with grape or other fruit juice.

If you do a Google search for “Noni juice” you will see many companies pre-mix Noni with other flavors and water. I first learned about Noni juice at CostCo, but they sell a lower quality version that is mixed. Trust me, you need it pure to be effective.

    I hope this helps you.
